| How to start
- The business partners (suppliers and customers) need to be registered by e-Health before having access, under special price conditions, to this e-commerce platform.
- For the suppliers, this registration request will lead to be a member of e-Health (list will be maintained on our website)
- For the customers, this registration will lead to be recognized as e-health active customer (list will be maintained on our website)
- E-health will inform all the business partners about list of prices negotiated with Certipost

How to join
1° Do you wish to be a member of our e-Health association (only applicable for suppliers), please follow next steps:
- Please read the articles and the procedure rules of our association. These two documents are also posted on our website in the folder "Articles of association". by signing the registration form it is understood that you are agreeing to respect and accecpt the terms of these two documents.

2° Do you wish to join the Certipost/e-Health community, in order to exchange your e-commerce messages between customer and supplier, please follow next steps :
- Fill in the Certipost/e-Health application form :

- e-Health will send you a validation form, confirming that your organisation has been registrated as a commercial partner of "e-Health", and that you will be able to take advantage of the favorable rates, which have been agreed between e-Health and Certipost.
In case you do not have already your own GLN codes, we kindly ask you to submit a request to GS1 to obtain a GLN code for your company. If you do not need a range of product codes you can obtain a GLN code for e-Health purpose. Please contact GS1 at the e-mail adddress: barcodes.support@gs1belu.org.
- Certipost will send you a contract. Please sign this contract.

- Certipost will assist the new partner, to establish the connection by use of the "Bizconnect" software.
- e-Health will provide a list of active suppliers and registered customers (hospitals and wholesalers) :
- with their contact persons (Commercial and EDP)
- with their GLN codes
